He continued to walk us through every step of the process, including connecting us with our banker, having a wealth of knowledge about the inspection and inspection process due to his own background as an inspector, and called and emailed us regularly throughout the process with updates or just to see how we were doing during periods when there were no actual updates. He was very involved in all aspects of the closing and stopped by the house after we took possession to make sure everything was to our liking and that no damage had been done during the process of the original seller moving out.
